During the pandemic, i understood the increasing demand for healthy food made from high-quality ingredients, has a longer shelf life, and is simple to
prepare into delicious meals. Inspired by my Moroccan and Middle Eastern roots, sourcing family recipes i establish a brand centered around traditional gourmet, pantry essentials, Introducing new flavours, using local raw materials.
